Vitamin E belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. It is a powerful antioxidant and works with the other antioxidants to strengthen the overall antioxidant defense. Vitamin E consists of the tocopherols (d-alpha, d-gamma, d-beta, and d-delta), all of which work together to fight the free radicals. In natural food sources, vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol - found in a mixture of tocopherols) works together to neutralize the free radicals. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended Daily Supplement: 2 capsules daily for one meal. For best results, we recommend taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the early afternoon.
